6 Hour PM Semi-Private Charter

Service Description

Trolling and bottom-fishing on a 6 hour semi-private charter. The cost of this charter is $250 per-person and covers bait, tackle, fishing license, instruction, and complementary fish-cleaning upon return. We will also keep your fish separate from other groups and easily identifiable to make sure that YOU leave with YOUR fish! The minimum passenger count for this type of trip to be "confirmed" is 8 passengers. Until that threshold is reached, you will be considered "waitlisted." When the minimum pasenger count is reached, you will be notified that your trip is "confirmed" and a deposit will become due. (Alternatively, we can designate a "hybrid" trip- where one group holds a "Private Charter" reservation for the minimum passenger count to ensure the trip is "confirmed," but TradeWinds continues making every effort to sell additional spots up to 15 passengers to lower the cost for that initial group). In order to maintain optimum elbow-room and deckhand attention, a cap of 15 passengers is in effect for all group charters (the TradeWinds can hold 49 passengers, but we impose the cap because we want your service and experience to be top-notch). Once the minimum passenger count has been reached, a 50% deposit will become due to hold your spot. If it becomes necessary to cancel due to inclement weather or mechanical reasons, you will be given a 100% refund. However, if you decide to withdraw your name from the list within 7 days or if a no-show situation occurs, all deposits are forfeited. Please remember- deckhands humbly work hard for and graciously accept tips. Customary gratuity is 20% of trip price and can be accepted before or after your trip. Thank you for your generosity! Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or reaccommodation. For cancellations/reschedules of 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations due to inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or TradeWinds' inability to reach minimum passenger count, a full refund will be provided.
